Unfortunately, the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Dust was noticeable, the villa's main door was misaligned, and some light switches were faulty. The pool is reportedly too deep for kids, and the kitchen lacks appliances. Preparing for departure can be a headache, especially when cash isn't on hand at checkout, which led to a last-minute scramble. To top it off, noise from neighboring villas might keep you awake if they throw a party.

Big and well-organised room, everything was exceptional. A mini bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Cozy and great location near from the airport & city views. Close to The Bridge as well as daily activities.

Riyadh vibes and great service 🌟

The staff were super friendly, especially this guy Adel at the front desk, he went out of his way to. The room was lekker spacious and comfy, just what we needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast was proper delicious.

Just a heads up, the location's a bit tricky for parking. You gotta be careful when pulling in.
